The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, as the App depends on TikTok’s API.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dalton Litz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
